    The Springs Rescue Mission

We’re on a mission to help our neighbors in the Pikes Peak Region find hope by providing for those in need. The Mission helps with food, shelter, education & life-changing resources.

    Our resources specifically support:

    • The Work Readiness Program — an opportunity for men in our addiction recovery program to acquire the skills and experience they need to jump back into the workforce upon graduation.

    • Graduates receive a $2,500 award. For the graduates, this award isn’t a paycheck. It’s a fresh start on life.

    Mary’s Home, by DreamCenters

Exists to create a safe haven for women escaping cycles of poverty, abuse, and homelessness in our community. After a thorough application process, Mary’s Home residents are given access to:

    Supportive Relationships

92% have experienced severe physical and or sexual abuse.

    Resources to Heal and Stabilize

65% of women who are homeless have children.

    Long Term Housing

These women will fight to care for their children over themselves.

    Safety from Abuse

These brave, resilient women are the fastest growing segment of people experiencing homelessness.

    Life Skills

They are often hidden from our awareness because they are not begging on street corners.

    Career Development

Mary’s Home is open to any single-mother family experiencing crisis who desires to heal and commit to a life-changing process.

    Reclaiming Hope

Reclaiming Hope (formerly Restore Innocence) exists to aid victims of human trafficking in the rescue, restoration and reintegration process by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

    Their Programs Include:

    • Hope Bags – These backpacks are filled with new items and are given to survivors of sex trafficking by our law enforcement partners at the point of recovery. They include new clothing, a hygiene kit, a blanket and a stuffed animal, other comfort items, and a personal note. They are distributed in sizes 2Toddler through adult 2XL, and are distributed free to those agencies on the “front line”. These Bags are often a sign to survivors that they can trust the agents offering them a way out of their trafficking. Over 8,000 Hope Bags have been distributed in all 50 states and 3 territories.

    • Mentor Program – This program matches trained, accountable volunteers with survivors. Each survivor’s emotional, physical and relational needs are addressed in the context of a long-term, trusted relationship.
    • Housing Program None of us wants survivors to be homeless, which is why Reclaiming Hope offers transitional housing to those in the Mentor Program who are struggling to find safe housing. Your donation to Reclaiming Hope with a notation that you want your gift designated to the housing program may qualify for Colorado’s Homeless Contribution Tax Credit.
