Born in Gulfport, Mississippi, but raised in Colorado Springs, Daniel embodies a unique blend of Colorado charm and Southern hospitality. He is a devoted husband to Tiffany, proud father to their beautiful daughter Marlise, and dog dad to Journey and Tank. When not serving clients, Daniel enjoys the outdoors and giving back to the community through their local church.

With over 22 years of professional experience, Daniel has built a reputation for integrity, dedication, and expertise in residential real estate. As a licensed Realtor®, he specializes in small and large residential properties, relocation, HUD, and rent-to-buy transactions. His goal is to invest in others by mentoring future homeowners and colleagues, ensuring that every client makes informed and confident decisions.

Meet Tiffany Stephens
As a military kid, Tiffany’s family settled in the Olympic City of Colorado Springs over 20 years ago. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and spent over five years working in marketing before transitioning into real estate in 2017.

Tiffany oversees the operational, financial, and marketing strategies for Team Stephens, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for buyers and sellers. She believes in alleviating stress for clients by proactively handling details and maintaining clear communication. Her passion lies in building lasting relationships, staying connected with clients long after their transaction is complete.
