I’m a proud Colorado native, born and raised in Southern Colorado, and a graduate of the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. As a child, I cherished our annual trips to Colorado Springs—it has always felt like home to me. Many people ask why I’ve never left, and my answer is simple: the quality of life here is unmatched. From clean air and scenic trails to a thriving economy and strong police, fire, and medical services, Colorado Springs has everything one could want. Add in our vibrant military presence, Olympic headquarters and training center, and an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, and it’s easy to see why this city is such a phenomenal place to live.

Beyond real estate, I enjoy running and racing, gardening, traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family. I also love planning parties and events—just give me a reason, and I’ll take it from there! As a former First Lady of Colorado Springs, I’m deeply rooted in the community. My husband served 14 years on the Colorado Springs City Council, including 8 years as Mayor. Together, we are committed to staying involved and doing our part to keep Colorado Springs among the top cities in the U.S. to live, work, and play.

My extensive 22-year background in property management spans apartment communities, college campus housing, condo conversions, HOA startups and management, privatized military housing on Fort Carson, low-income tax credit housing in Boulder, a mid-rise with retail in downtown Denver, and single-family homes as a licensed Realtor. This experience is invaluable for clients looking to invest in real estate, whether for rental income or renovation and resale.
